Looking for a Estimator that is looking to grow with new owner of shop. Willing to train someone that can take over shop in a manger role or just stay estimator. Looking for someone that can handle State Farm from start to finish about 80 to 120k in sales a month preferred but again will teach. We have 3 body man, 1 Mech, 1 painter. This is a growing family friendly shop. Does not matter if you come from big company's, dealership or small shop. We will train the right person. Must have some autobody estimate idle. Looking for someone that knows CCC one either as a parts person, Customer Service that wants a chance at writing. We just someone looking to learn and grow.
