Auto Body Technician For Independent Repair Shop with a BIG IMPACT! If you are tired of corporate pressure, flat rate games or being just a number, this is a place where your work actually matters. What You'll Do: Small to medium collision repairs Collision repairs: Repair, replace and adjust damaged body panels, bumpers, doors etc.. to factory specifications Minor Structural repairs Some painting Estimates: review damage reports, inspect vehicles for hidden damage and estimate repair costs and times Perform Pre & Post Vehicle Scans Handle some basic mechanical work (suspension, A/C recharge, Radiator and Condenser replacements etc...) Some welding Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area. What We're Looking For: 10+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently without constant oversight Soid work ethic and reliability - you show up and get it done Current valid Pennsylvania driver's license State Inspection license is a plus Why this is job different: - You'll be one of only three people here - your contribution is visible every day.
