Our company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with customers and work to resolve issues, as well as provide estimates for automobile repairs, prepare technical reports and offer vehicle repair documentation. • Review Supplement Items / key in
• CCC One Estimating
• Mitchell Estimating
• Mapping the vehicle
• Establishing target dates
• Order and follow up on parts
• Keep customers up to date on the entire process
• Documenting, documenting, documenting
