Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Drive the sale of technicians’ time to meet the department’s goals
Prioritize recommended services and present options clearly
Keep customers informed on repair timelines, costs, and updates
Maintain consistent communication between customers and technicians
Deliver a positive, seamless dealership experience from start to finish

Service Advisor Qualifications
1-3 years of automotive service advising experience
Experience in CDK is strongly preferred
A strong work ethic and good work history
Communication Skills
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
