• Greet customers and create an outstanding service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Recommend maintenance and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Build lasting customer relationships through trust and exceptional service
• Help drive service department performance and customer satisfaction

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Customer service and sales experience is a plus
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
