Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you are the face of our luxury brands and the trusted advisor guiding clients through one of the most exciting purchases they will make. You bring professionalism, confidence, emotional intelligence, and a passion for delivering elevated customer experiences.

This commission-based role is ideal for motivated individuals who are competitive, client-focused, and eager to grow within a premier luxury automotive organization.

Responsibilities

Deliver a world-class luxury purchase and ownership experience

Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients

Guide clients through the vehicle selection and purchase process

Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations

Develop expertise across Porsche, Land Rover, BMW, Cadillac, Volvo, MINI, and Volkswagen product lines

Promote finance and protection products that enhance ownership experience and client retention

Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional follow-up

Maintain brand certifications and product knowledge

Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve performance goals

Qualifications

Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance

Proven sales experience required; luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive sales experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
