Diesel Technician / Heavy-Duty Mechanic

Pay Range: $28.00 - $40.00+ per hour (Based on experience)

Bonus: Monthly Tech Incentive Program (Up to $1,000/month additional)

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks.

Diagnose and repair diesel engines and complex after-treatment devices.

Maintain a general understanding of all heavy-duty truck systems (brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.).

Collaborate with management to suggest improvements to shop workflow and business operations.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years working on heavy-duty trucks.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of diesel engines and emissions/after-treatment systems.

Tools: Must possess a personal inventory of tools required for the trade.

Mindset: A desire for continuous learning and a team-oriented attitude.

Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Location Alliance Used Truck Center Position Requirements

You need to have your own tools and be able to move trucks around in the parking lot along with pulling trucks into the repair bay. CDL is not a requirement, but it certainly is beneficial.
