Experienced Automotive Detail Technician - Full-Time | McGrath Chevyland Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

About the Position Detail Technicians play a key role in delivering clean, polished, and professionally finished vehicles to our customers and internal departments. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a willingness to be part of a fast-paced team.
Requirements Clean and detail vehicle exteriors, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing Perform full interior cleanings: vacuuming, scrubbing, stain removal, and window cleaning Ensure wheels, tires, and engine compartments are cleaned to quality standards Use approved cleaning products and tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized workspace and report any equipment or safety concerns Work collaboratively with the lot attendant team and other departments
What We re Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship Ability to follow direction and work efficiently in a structured process Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Valid driver s license with a clean driving record (must be 18+)
