CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist for a hands-on role in the automotive and mechanical equipment industry located in West Lebanon, NH. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with mechanical systems and equipment. You'll use your mechanical aptitude and real-world experience to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure every piece of equipment is returned to peak performance.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll deliver high-quality technical support, walk users through troubleshooting steps, and provide clear, confident guidance. You'll also complete hands-on diagnosis and repair work for both warranty and non-warranty service, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and professional support. Responsibilities:
