Responsibilities: Partner with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth, transparent, and customer-focused purchase process. Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products with clarity and integrity. Maintain and grow lender relationships to offer fast, flexible financing solutions. Lead and coach a high-performing F&I team, emphasizing development, compliance, and results. Who We Are Looking For: 3-5 years of F&I management experience, preferably in a luxury/high-line automotive environment (BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, etc.). A proven track record of building, developing, and inspiring top-performing teams. Excellent soft skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across departments. A big-picture thinker who contributes to store culture, operations, and customer satisfactionbeyond just penciling deals. Deep knowledge of compliance standards, lender processes, and deal structure in the automotive finance space. F&I Team Leads or Directors who are willing to take a step back and join a larger organizationgaining access to career pathways, resources, and options not available at smaller dealerships or groups.
