Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

Greet service customers and assist them throughout the service process

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs

Present recommended repairs, maintenance, and pricing clearly

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs

Provide vehicle status updates and follow up as needed

Prepare and finalize repair orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver a positive, professional customer experience

QualificationsService Advisor Qualifications

Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Selfmotivated with a positive, professional attitude

Ability to work in a fastpaced, customerdriven environment

Comfort learning dealership systems and service processes

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a preemployment drug screen.
