Compension: $96,000/year
Wh Youll Do:
- Assist the General Manager and Used Vehicle Buyer in establishing annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses and opering profit for the used vehicle department
- Assess and analyze sales portfolios and evalue sales da and reports
- Attend managerial and pricing meetings as requested and is able to make recommendions to store buyer for sales and product needs
- Forecast and monitor sales metrics while actively makes changes as necessary to ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Assist sales consultants closing sales as needed and conduct Fly-Bys/TOs on every deal
- Follow company rules for safeguarding customer informion all times
- Manage the efforts of sales consultants to enhance customer sisfaction ring of the dealership and exceed the minimum standard for Customer Sisfaction Index (CSI)
- Work with managers to set sales and gross objectives and increase F&I penetrion
- Support online customers through the internet sales team
- Monitor internet websites daily to ensure accure display of used inventory with marketing team
- Review market analyses and sales reports to determine volume potential and necessary variable pricing adjustments weekly
- Give input to develop sales campaigns and advertising to accommode the goals of the dealership as well as displays, merchandises and promotes used vehicles all times
- Verify th every customer is being offered ancillary products per Walser policy
- Insure th titles for trades are collected the time of sale and verifying th payoff informion is correct
- Coordine in store training th reles to used vehicles
- Maintain professional appearance
- Bid on Trades with V-auto
- Build and run lease quotes
- Monitor the DMS for appointments and ensure there is a representive available to meet with the customer for the scheduled appointment
- Assist with driving all vehicles on the lot, trades, or retrieving vehicles purchased by the company
- Train and manage staff in company policies and ensure adherence to all company policies
- Motive, counsel and monitor the performance of all department staff conducting disciplinary action or PIPs as needed and administer annual performance evaluions for staff with thoughtful feedback
- Appraise staff productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in stus
- Complete employee terminions based on policy violions with HR approval
- Manage all staff pay res and hours worked, schedules, time off, and other administrive duties
- Coordine with the Recruiting Department to interview and hire department staff
- Ensure th any employee relions issues or concerns are addressed and escaled to HR when necessary
- Monitor and assist in the implemention of company initiives and legal compliance measures and ensure the communicion of company news on a regular basis
- Ensure Walser service processes and scripts are followed by employees
- Support the career and professional development of staff
- Lead by example and be an advoce for staff
- Must wear safety eyewear all times when in dealership service departments
- Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departments
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

Wh You Bring:
- Must be least 18 years of age
- Must have a minimum of one year automobile sales experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have a positive titude and work well in a team environment
- Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
