Dealership: L0240 BMW of Salem BMW of Salem Used Car Technician-ASE Master Preferred Pay: $ 28.00-$30.00 / Flag Hour- + Production Bonus. This is a flat rate position. Exact pay will depend on experience at time of hire Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Saturdays as needed BMW of Salem is seeking a highly skilled ASE Master Technician to support our Used Car department. Have Fun-We love what we do, and it shows our culture is driven, upbeat, and rewarding Position Overview As an ASE Master Technician dedicated to Used Car operations, you will play a key role in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing preowned vehicles to BMW standards and beyond. This position is ideal for a technician who values consistency, quality, and teamwork in a fastpaced dealership environment. What You'll Do: Perform thorough inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety Document repair procedures, findings, and recommendations Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards Our Ideal Candidate Qualities Include: ASE certifications required. Master level preferred. Must have 3-5 years of dealership experience European brand experience and certification a plus (BMW experience is preferred but not required) Passionate about the brand and eager to pursue a career with us. Must demonstrate a commitment to producing quality results while maintaining high flag hours. Must be ambitious and a self-starter Adept at navigating technology and keeping up to date with industry trends Valid Driver's license in good standing.
