• Own and operate a fast-paced e-bike service department from top to bottom intake, scheduling, repair workflow, and delivery
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of technicians, holding the bar high for quality and efficiency
• Interface directly with customers throughout the service experience, from first contact to final handoff
• Partner with ownership on operational improvements, KPI tracking, and department growth strategy
• Champion a culture of continuous learning as new e-bike technologies evolve rapidly

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years managing a high-volume bicycle or powersports service department
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of e-bike systems motors, batteries, firmware, diagnostics
• Expert-level fluency with Lightspeed Series R point-of-sale and DMS platform
• Proficiency with Slack as an internal communications and team coordination tool
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills you build technicians up, not just manage them
• Outstanding customer-facing communication, written and verbal
• Ability to stay calm, prioritize accurately, and make decisions quickly in a busy season rush
• A genuine passion for cycling and a belief that e-bikes are transforming how people ride
