We are looking for an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our team.We are one of the largest used car dealers in the area, selling 150+ used cars a month. Automotive experience required. Individuals looking to take your career to the next level by leading our customer-service driven dealership apply !RESPONSIBILITIES:* Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning* Inventory Management and Marketing* Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team* Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process* Build rapport with customers to establish customer network* Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals* Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth

REQUIREMENTS:

* V-Auto and Used Car experience is a must

* Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

* Prior sales management and dealership experience

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Understanding of inventory control

* Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment in a team setting

* Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
