As a Technician with Imports experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing Nissan model vehicles, ensuring our customers receive top-quality service.Perform diagnostic tests using specialized equipment and softwareExecute routine maintenance tasks and complex repairsIdentify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehiclesUtilize manufacturer-specific tools and follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairsExplain technical issues and repair procedures to service advisors and customersMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocolsStay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniquesAchieve and maintain ASE certificationCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service departmentDocument all repair and maintenance work accurately in the service management systemQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentNissan training/experience/certification (preferred)Proven experience as an automotive technicianCurrent ASE certification (preferred)In-depth knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systemsProficiency in using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific tools and softwareStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work efficiently and manage time effectivelyGood communication skills for interacting with team members and customersPhysical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periodsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
