Body Shop Technician - Jordan Ford

Job Description

The Body Shop Technician role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands OEM repair standards, and wants to work in a professional, well-equipped dealership environment.

You'll be responsible for repairing vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition while maintaining Ford quality and safety standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, collaboration, and delivering excellent results for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs including body panel repair/replacement, frame work, and structural repairs

• Diagnose damage and follow repair plans and estimates accurately

• Repair, align, and replace damaged panels and components

• Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, filling, and masking as needed

• Use dealership tools, equipment, and repair information systems properly

• Ensure all repairs meet Ford OEM specifications and safety standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Communicate effectively with estimators, advisors, and team members

• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
