If you have the DRIVE to inspire others to learn, grow, and develop in their careers, we encourage you to apply!What You'll be doing!As a Trainer on our Team, you will be responsible for coaching and inspiring all new and current team members to provide exceptional Guest experiences and consistent moments of magic in the automotive retail space! Additionally, our Trainers will be responsible to conduct classroom training or in-the-moment coaching on a weekly basis that continually emphasizes Asbury's North Star & Compass and DRIVE values while training our dealership's service team members on how to be more effective in their roles. As an L&D Service Trainer, you may be called upon to assist our Service Departments with team member onboarding, team member process and sales improvements, team member DMS/CRM training, and operational improvements.Duties/Responsibilities

Facilitate classroom training to all new and current team members on Asbury's Guest-Centric ExperienceFacilitate classroom training to all new and current Service team members specific to their rolesSchedule classroom trainings using Asbury-produced training materialsPrepares all necessary student materials prior to the start of the classroomDisplays energy, enthusiasm and the ability to engage participants in a classroom settingEngages team members in challenging and meaningful classroom trainingsCultivates a friendly learning environmentPromotes classroom interaction and activity; addresses challenges in the classroom setting with a positive demeanorSolves problems quickly, while multitaskingSubmits a summary of weekly classroom activitiesClearly communicates Asbury's Mission, Vision and expectationsKnowledgeable in latest Asbury technologyKnows, understands, and promotes Asbury's policies and complianceServes as a role model, coach and trainer to all new and current team membersDrives and motivates others toward providing an exceptional Guest experienceCommunicates and works with Regional Support/Directors, General Managers, and Service Managers to understand business challenges and works to resolve them through future trainingProvides regular feedback to Leadership regarding current class attendees and program changesAssists all Asbury regions and dealershipsAssists in creating and updating training materialsAssists in other Asbury and dealership operations as requestedPerforms other related duties to benefit the mission/vision of the organization

Education & Experience

MUST HAVE experience as either a Service Manager or Service Advisor in the Automotive retail spaceMust have a minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in either position listed abovePrevious roles in formal automotive Fixed Operations training is a plusMust be able to travel approximately 75% of the time

Pay and Recognition:

Weekly paySalary ranging from $65,000 - $91,000/annuallyPaid holidays & paid time offPaid trainingStock Awards(select management and front-line team members eligible!)
