Duties

• Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Support staff training and development initiatives to foster a motivated and skilled team
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management using POS systems
• Supervise cash handling procedures, shift management, and customer service excellence
• Contribute to meeting all company policy and procedure to ensure safety and speed of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service management or management roles is highly preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of general repair and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to train and develop staff effectively
• Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and managing facility operations is desirable
• Exceptional customer service and sales skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
