" content="We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Lube Technicain to perform routine fleet maintenance, inspections, tire services, and minor repairs with a strong focus on safety and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, comfortable using vehicle hoists, and willing to assist with shop duties, vehicle shuttling, cleaning, and light property maintenance as needed. Responsibilities: Fluid Services: Draining and replacing engine oil, replacing oil filters, and topping off or flushing other vital fluids such as transmission, power steering, brake, and windshield washer fluids. Multi-Point Inspections: Conducting thorough visual checks for leaks, worn-out belts, hoses, and general underbody condition. Tire Maintenance: Checking and adjusting tire pressure, performing rotations, balancing tires, and occasionally mounting new tires or repairing punctures. Minor Repairs: Replacing cabin and engine air filters, installing new windshield wiper blades, testing batteries, and replacing light bulbs or fuses. Inspections: Checking vehicle components for wear and tear, including checking wipers and bulbs. Preventative maintenance mindset. Documentation and Service: Recording services performed, updating service records, and communicating with fleet manager. Shop Maintenance: Cleaning the work area, maintaining tools, and following safety/hazardous waste regulations. Applicant should have his or hers own tools. Larger/Specialized tool are provided by the company. Know how to safely use a Vehicle hoist and where to pick/jack up a vehicle Applicants will be ready to handle any task assigned to them, such as Shuttling vehicles to and from vendors. Cleaning vehicles from time to time when vehicles are due. Some light property maintenance is also performed when shop maintenance is not occurring-Examples-replacing light bulbs in offices, replacing furnace filters. Light plumbing repairs. " />
