Job Details:

Our established and growing automotive dealership client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to support a fast-paced, high-volume service department. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who understands how to build trust, drive revenue, and deliver a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs

  • Maximize hours per RO, ELR, and approval rates

  • Present estimates and close recommended services

  • Communicate repair updates clearly and consistently

  • Partner with technicians to identify additional work

  • Manage a high daily workload with accuracy and urgency

Qualifications

  • Prior Service Advisor experience required

  • Strong sales and customer communication skills

  • Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance

  • Experience in high-volume dealership environments

  • Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK/Reynolds preferred)

  • Valid drivers license and professional presence
