Our established and growing automotive dealership client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to support a fast-paced, high-volume service department. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who understands how to build trust, drive revenue, and deliver a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
Maximize hours per RO, ELR, and approval rates
Present estimates and close recommended services
Communicate repair updates clearly and consistently
Partner with technicians to identify additional work
Manage a high daily workload with accuracy and urgency
Qualifications
Prior Service Advisor experience required
Strong sales and customer communication skills
Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
Experience in high-volume dealership environments
Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK/Reynolds preferred)
Valid drivers license and professional presence
