Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our high-performing automotive service locations. What You'll Do:

• Lead daily store operations, including sales, service, and repair functions

• Coach and develop team members in technical skills and customer service

• Build long-term customer relationships through trust and communication

• Drive store performance in sales, productivity, and profitability

• Ensure high service quality, workflow efficiency, and a safe, clean environment

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in retail automotive management

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Tire and automotive service knowledge

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• State inspection license (or ability to obtain)

What to Expect:

• Fast-paced environment with a supportive, team-oriented culture

• Full-time, 52+ hours per week including Saturdays

• Physical work including standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and shop exposure
