Sales & Acquisition BDC Agent

Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented BDC Agent to join our Sales & Acquisition Business Development Center. This is a dual-role opportunity focused on both inbound sales leads and vehicle acquisition outreach—perfect for someone who thrives on the phone, is driven by results, and knows how to convert conversations into appointments.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers interested in buying or selling a vehicle. If you're confident, tech-savvy, organized, and excited to be part of a high-growth dealership in a brand-new facility, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, and text leads 

• Set qualified appointments for the sales team with high show and close ratios

• Contact vehicle owners in our conquest and equity databases about trading or selling their vehicle

• Assist with sourcing inventory by reaching out to private sellers, service customers and lease-end customers

• Maintain detailed lead notes and task follow-ups in the CRM

• Communicate effectively and consistently with the sales and appraisal team

• Track performance and report on appointment set/show/sold metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in a dealership BDC, internet sales, or similar high-volume phone role

• Confident and polished phone presence with strong listening and communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-focused—able to manage dozens of active leads at once

• Results-driven and comfortable working with goals, metrics, and incentive structures

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, call/text/email follow-up tools

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus
