Br idge Specialty Group is seeking a Commercial E&S Issuance Tech to join our growing team in Bartlesville, OK!

The Commercial E&S Issuance Tech w orks under direct supervision of Commercial E & S Team Lead in preparing all documents for the Commercial E & S Department.

How You Will Contribute:

• Issue policies per policy issue programs and guidelines of each company

• Issue endorsements

• Issue certificates of insurance

• Issue direct notices of cancellation, non-renewals and reinstatements

• Process cancellation endorsements Invoice

• Forward appropriate information to Premium Finance to ensure policy is set up on premium finance.

• Handle premium finance cancellations (both in-house and outside).

• Issue returns premium endorsements which apply to premium finance accounts.

• Order inspections and motor vehicle driving records

• Maintain a diary of information needed to complete file, follow up and act as appropriate

• File organization as per guidelines

• Perform related work as requested by management

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
