Automotive Technician Location: Cable Dahmer of Kansas City Pay Rate: $19-$42 / Hour Job Summary: As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. This role is ideal for technicians who have experience performing routine maintenance and complex repairs and are looking to grow their skills in a professional shop environment. Responsibilities: -Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on various vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, electrical, and engine components.
-Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and alignments.
-Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs.
-Follow manufacturer guidelines and company standards for all repairs and maintenance services.
-Maintain accurate repair records and document all work performed.
-Work collaboratively with team members and service advisors to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
-Ensure a clean and organized workspace while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications: -25 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
-ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific training preferred (or willingness to obtain).
-Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
