Job Summary:
This position is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on a variety of company vehicles and equipment, with a strong focus on safety and cost efficiency. The role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, maintaining accurate records, contributing to the improvement of maintenance programs, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on assigned Company fleet equipment (i.e. snowcoaches, buses, cars, trucks, snowmobiles, and horse drawn wagons) with emphasis on safety and cost control.
- Diagnose vehicle problems and perform corrective maintenance.
- Contribute insight and suggestions into vehicle maintenance program.
- Complete accurate work orders showing labor and materials used to perform each job.
- Remain current with industry standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of shop and work area.
- Personal safety and shop safety.
Qualifications
- Keep abreast of vehicle repair techniques.
- Diverse mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must become a International Association of Mechanist's and Aerospace Workers Union Member.
- ASE certification preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 19 year's of age.
- Computer skills a plus.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. on a periodic basis.
- Must be able to stand, stretch, and bend for a 10 hour day.
- Must be able to work in sub- zero weather for a short period of time.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces. (i.e. under vehicles) or in strenuous positions.
- Must be able to use a respirator.
