As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, assist customers with their automotive needs, and ensure their satisfaction. Daily Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs
• Provide recommendations and estimates for automotive repairs and maintenance
• Schedule appointments and manage service orders
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided

Required Skills:

• Experience with brake systems, tune-ups, tire rotations, and automotive maintenance
• Knowledge of suspensions, oil changing, and fixed operations
• Familiarity with Alldata, Mitchell 1, Indentifix,  R.O. Writer software a plus
• At least 1 year experience as a Service Advisor / Writer

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in servicing fleet management companies

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $52,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $78,000.00
• Health insurance, holiday pay, and paid time off
