Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager/Estimator to oversee daily operations and manage repair estimates. This dual-role position requires a balance of leadership, technical knowledge, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, accurate estimating, and high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Write accurate and comprehensive repair estimates using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts suppliers, and insurance adjusters.
• Monitor repair progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the repair process.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair timelines and processes.
• Implement and uphold safety and compliance protocols.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in auto body repair estimating and production management.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance claim processes and DRP guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license.
