JOB SUMMARY:

• Under limited Supervision, installs, repairs, and maintains all physical elements of the institution to ensure a continued safe environment for all residents, staff and visitors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
• Five years experience as a P.M. mechanic, maintenance mechanic, or three years experience in a mechanical trade such as H.V.A.C., pipefitting, engineering
• 5-7 years experience
• Rotating weekly on call and weekend coverage every 7 to 8 weeks.
