Responsibilities:

  • You will answer incoming calls and greet customers in a professional manner.
  • You will review all appointments for the current business day confirming appointments or rescheduling, including completing daily phone activities.
  • You will manage and organize incoming concerns from customers informing management when necessary.
  • You will handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits using dealerships CRM, phone, text and email.
  • You will develop a trusting relationship with all customers and fellow employees.
  • You will maintain accurate and complete information about any customer concerns, tracking progress until completion.
  • You will take extra steps to engage customers when a need is detected, often before you are asked to do so.
  • You will work with other dealership personnel to resolve any customer questions or concerns.
  • You will develop a fluent understanding of the automotive manufacturers standards for customer satisfaction.
  • You will ensure that a valid form of payment has been taken and authorized for appropriate amount and completing daily reports.

Qualifications and Essentials:

  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and presentable in business attire representing in a professional matter.
  • You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic.
  • You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
  • You have at least one year of prior employment involving customer facing service or telephone contact.
  • You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
  • You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
  • Monday to Friday work schedule with the flexibility to support holidays/weekend if necessary.
  • You have strong computer and multi-tasking skills, which includes Microsoft Office.
  • You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to details.
