Auto Parts Salesperson

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Spanish-speaking Auto Parts Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a sales territory by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities. This is a mobile sales role requiring regular travel to visit automotive repair shops, dealerships, fleet operations, and other customers within your territory.

Yearly Salary: $52,000 - $54,000 plus commission

Qualifications:

  • Spanish-speaking (required)
  • 1-3 years experience in Auto Parts Sales
  • Automotive knowledge and passion
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Conduct regular visits to client locations to assess needs and provide product recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and orders.
  • Provide updates and reports to the sales manager regularly.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory availability.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

 Qualifications:

  • Spanish Speaking
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the auto parts or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and CRM usage.
