Job Title: Collision Estimator Company: Universal Collision Center, Inc. Location: Tallahassee, FL Description: Fast paced collision repair center searching for an energetic, detailed, motivated Estimator. Should have at least 3-5 years experience in similar position, experience working with DRPs, excellent customer service skills, shows great attention to detail, proven track record for follow through, has the ability to negotiate with insurance adjusters. Need good computer skills. Technical knowledge to write thorough and accurate estimates for repair is a must. Responsibilities: •Provide complete and accurate estimates for repair •Sell customers on the value of Universal Collision •Promote Positive Customer Service •Update Summit Management System throughout the repair process •Build and maintain relationships with Insurance Personnel including adjusters and agents. •Manage Technicians and enusre estimated completion dates are met through promoting a team environment •Negotiate with insurance adjusters in a professional manner and determine Estimated Completion Dates (ECDs) •Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are being followed when writing estimate/supplement including Universal SOPs and Insurance companies SOPs •Ensure jobs are final billed and payment is collected At Universal Collision, we are committed to growth and on-going improvement.
