Must be knowledgeable with estimating systems, insurance uploads, parts ordering (OE connection), good customer service skills and various computer programs. Must be quality conscientious both with the repairs of the vehicle and the estimates written and uploaded. Communicate with Technicians and update customers, take appropriate photos, write supplements, close out jobs & collect A/R. We are looking for someone with high energy and a positive attitude. ?
