Responsibilities:
•Provide complete and accurate estimates for repair

•Update Summit Management System throughout the repair process
•Build and maintain relationships with Insurance Personnel including adjusters and agents.
•Manage Technicians and enusre estimated completion dates are met through promoting a team environment
•Negotiate with insurance adjusters in a professional manner and determine Estimated Completion Dates (ECDs)
•Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are being followed when writing estimate/supplement including Universal SOPs and Insurance companies SOPs
•Ensure jobs are final billed and payment is collected

This may include presentation of facts gathered to appropriate leadership, depending on settlement amount and authority level. Partner with internal resources throughout the life of the claim. Resources could include Property, Auto, Auto Liability, Subrogation, SIU and other internal resources appropriate to the specific claim type. Partnership from initial investigation through final recovery to ensure appropriate claim resolution and pursuit of alternative recovery sources. In collaboration with Claim management provide on the job training and assist in the development of new and inexperienced field Auto claim staff (inside and outside).
