Job Responsibilities: Monitor & direct a Problem Solving Process team to resolve issues & correct dealership processes. Identify issues using customer satisfaction reports & customer service surveys Maintain a pro-active follow-up system to resolve any customer service issues Train personnel on continuous improvement plans when appropriate Conduct continuing improvement process meetings, bi-weekly Qualifications: -Previous customer service experience is a must, preferably as a manager -Excellent computer skills, including experience using MS Office products and internet research. Ability to learn new software quickly. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills including appropriate use of grammar. -Self-starter, self-motivated who is also a good team player & has the self-confidence to make decisions under pressure. -Must have excellent attention to detail and proactive problem solving skills with the ability to interact well with the other employees and managers. -Maintain a sense of urgency and always follow through -Attention for details to monitor and trend customer satisfaction surveys and dealership action plans. ***Dealership experience a plus*** -Please be prepared to provide 3 work related references if contacted for an interview.
