Job Title: Service Manager for Automotive Repair Shop Wanted Company: Location: Raleigh, NC Description: Automotive Service Manager Wanted Looking for a self motivated, professional candidate with a positive attitude who is customer service driven, willing to greet customers, answer telephones, set up appointments, make follow up phone calls, and able to communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding vehicle maintenance, service and repair. This person should have an automotive repair background of foreign and domestic vehicles and several years experience in estimating and writing service repair orders. The candidate will be responsible for quickly obtaining parts and maintaining the upkeep of the store along with other daily responsibilities. Requirements: ? 3-5 years or more experience in automotive repair and estimating service repair orders ? Experience with RO Writer Software a definite plus ? Some ASE certifications a plus, or ability to pass exams ? High School diploma or equivalent required ? Knowledge and experience of automotive and truck systems and technical resources ?
