Confirm service appointments by telephone the day before the customer is scheduled to arrive. ? Handle Customer care issues with manufacture. ? Prior Experience as a Service Advisor required. ? Computer Literate ? ADP experience a plus. ? Proven track record of sales and CSI a must. ? Must have good customer service skills and be able to work in a team atmosphere.
