Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor Company: Location: Iowa City, IA Description: We are currently looking for one key person to join our management team at our Iowa City, IA location in the position of Service Advisor. We are Auto Systems Experts, Inc. and we are the second largest Midas Auto Service Center franchisee in the nation with 33 stores throughout the Midwest. We are a 100% employee-owned and operated company. Our Iowa City location exceeds a million dollars in annual sales. The service advisor at this location would work closely with the store manager in dealing with customers, managing technicians and administration of overall store operations. This position is targeted to be a $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year position with a base annual salary of $31,500.00 to $35,500.00 paid weekly with the balance of annual income paid monthly in the form of performance bonuses. There is a full and comprehensive benefit package associated with this position including health & dental insurance, sick leave, paid vacations, 401k retirement plan and an ownership interest in the company. This position is designed to be a training position for eventual transition into store management. After promotion, our average manager earned in excess of $68,000.00 last year.
