Job Title: Tire Sales Manager - Maintenance Manager Company: Love's Travel Stops & Country Location: Marion, IN Description: Love's Travel Stops & Country Store's, Inc. is now hiring for the following management / sales position: Title : Tire Sales Manager - Maintenance Manager Reports To : General Manager Function : The Tire Sales Manager demonstrates a hands-on approach to management, tire sales, customer service, facilities maintenance, purchasing, and inventory. Their attitude is focused on “whatever it takes to get the job done.” Responsibilities : Sell and promote tire shop services to 18-wheel truck drivers Handle all emergency road service calls promptly Provide courtesy tire inspections, promotional materials and install tires Handle all grounds keeping and minor facilities maintenance duties promptly Handle all financial aspects of the tire shop, including the budget, inventory, and more Recruit, hire, manage, schedule, train, develop, and evaluate 5 or more technicians Inspect store with General Manager to confirm daily task lists Delegate and assure technicians daily task lists are completed promptly Report directly to the store General Manager Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements 1+ years in tire, auto parts/repair, automotive mechanic, or lube express management experience Solid mechanical ability and/or knowledge Possess a valid driver's license at all times Basic reading, writing, math, and computer ability Customer-focused and results-oriented personality Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. up to 110 lbs. Ability to perform light cleaning and maintenance duties such as cleaning showers, changing light bulbs, and more Experience supervising and/or training 5 or more employees preferred Facilities maintenance background a plus COME GROW WITH LOVE'S!
